It can be used as a deep cleansing mask and helps improve muscle soreness or discomfort caused by rheumatism. Apply it to the affected areas, wrap with foil and a towel for 20 minutes, then rinse off thoroughly. It is suitable for both hair and skin care, where it can be applied and rinsed off after a few minutes.

Please note that the mud sedimentation and separation of mud and water are normal occurrences. Before use, gently stir the mud to mix it with the Dead Sea water.
