Once the goods are shipped, customers will receive an email notification with the tracking number and link to check the delivery status.
For customers choosing the SF Locker pickup method, items must be picked up within 24 hours. After this period, the goods will be returned to the store.
For all goods returned to the store, customers must contact us in the "Seller and Customer Order Communication" section on the order page to confirm the return method and bear the cost of reshipping (to be paid upon delivery).
Actual delivery time (calculated from the shipment date) is based on information provided by SF Express. Delivery times may be extended due to public holidays or adverse weather conditions.

Each order can only be sent to one address.
For all products purchased from our company, if not collected in time, SF Express and the warehouse will incur storage fees, which will be the customer's responsibility. All items must be picked up within three days after shipment; otherwise, SF Express will return the products to the company. If customers retrieve overdue items, they will need to bear the storage fees and shipping costs. Additionally, if items are unpicked for two months from the shipment date, they will be disposed of by the company without further notice.
