Have you heard of "Rabbit Island"?
Okunoshima (Japanese: おおくのしま) is one of the islands in the Seto Inland Sea, part of the Geiyo Islands. It lies about 3 km off the coast of Tadano-umi, Takehara City, Hiroshima Prefecture.
Nicknamed "the island that disappeared from maps," it was used during World War II for chemical weapon production and was abandoned after the war. Today the island is home to many rabbits, which is why it's commonly called Rabbit Island.
